LOW SEASON from October to May

€ 35 to 80€ per day per person
+ € 5 per day for gas. water and heating.

MID SEASON June and September
€38to 85€ for person contact the host

HIGH SEASON – JULY and AUGUST
minimum 1 night  to 38€ to 100€ for person contact the host

Medium and High season,
including use of gas and water

IMPORTANT:
The reservation of the house is only confirmed after the advance payment of 50% of the total, the rest will be paid at the key’s delivery.
In addition, at the delivery, you will have to deposit of € 250.00 as a guarantee, which will be refunded upon return of the keys if there are NO damage to the house.
Sheets and cleaning in the week to be agreed at the time.
